Our service department is led by Gonzalo who has earned a reputation both locally and nationally with customers and manufacturers alike as the premier authority on Yamaha outboard repair. With a fully equipped service yard and a staff of highly trained personnel, Gonzalo and his team can tackle any challenges that come their way.

Nick brings with him a strong background in the marine industry. As a key member of the service team, Nick is responsible for everything from routine service to warranty troubleshooting and repair.

With an extensive background in both automotive and marine repair, Jorge is a valuable addition to our team of service technicians. For over five years, Jorge has specialized in marine service developing a unique talent for engine diagnostics and troubleshooting. Jorge’s skill combined with his positive attitude & strong work ethics have made him a true asset to the service facility.

Paul has been with West Coast Marine Service since 2008 and carries a ton of knowledge of the marine industry. Excelling in engine rigging and repowering, Paul is an important and effective team member.

Jaime manages the daily yard maintenance and organization allowing us to operate as efficiently as possible. His positive attitude and proactive thinking make him a great addition to the team.

As a Newport Beach native, Kevin Kelly has enjoyed boating and offshore sportfishing for as long as he can remember. Kevin started West Coast Marine – Parker, during the Summer of 2010 The combination of Kevin’s lifetime experiences, his extensive knowledge of the marine industry, and his love for fishing make him a trusted and reliable source to assist new and existing customers before, during and after the sale. Kevin currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife, and their two sons. In Kevin’s free time, you’ll find him fishing or making his famous beef jerky!

Chase is responsible for managing inventory, the pick-ups and deliveries of vessels as well as captaining boats to and from pick up locations. Chase is proving to be a fast learner in many other service areas.

As the newest member to the team, Jessica works closely with Virginia assisting with accounting and general office operations. Jessica carries a Bachelors Degree from the University of Arizona.

Whether she is sunbathing by the front door or eating rolls of tape in the back, Cheyenne is always there to greet you when you visit our service center.
